   - Our team will review your case and get back to you within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Upon approval of your damaged or faulty item return request, we will offer you the choice of a replacement t-shirt or a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

 

**2. Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing:**

Due to the custom nature of our t-shirt production process, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or due to a change of mind.
